Conference Assistant

Beginning of 2011 Caroline joined the Mindstream team as an assistant conference manager. Previously, she worked during two years for a PCO, where she managed the programs and the speakers for large international congresses.

She is in charge of the sponsors and exhibitors follow-up, she also manages the promotion of the congresses, the development of the lists of participants, the reservations and the websites updates, as well as travel arrangement and on site assistance during the conferences.
