Prior to creating Mindstream in 1997, Erick spent over 25 years in the meeting planning and hotel industries. He held various positions, including F&B and General Manager for several hotels.

Erick is closely and personally involved in the day-to-day projects management. Through his expertise, he contributes to the strength of the service lines of the company. He is constantly looking for creative ways to make the company grow, and for new solutions to better meet customer expectations.

Erick believes that technology will have more and more impact on the meeting industry. This technology allows better performance in the conferences and congresses’ management, allowing us to devote much time to our clients. He also believes in human resources: the right tools and an excellent staff make the difference. And last but not least, he is convinced that the industry has to look after the environment issues by developing a “responsible and green” dialogue with our Clients.
