Laurence has 20 years experience in the meeting industry. Prior to joining Mindstream in 2011, she held various management positions within Professional Congress Organisers and Association Management Companies.

She focused her career in congress organisation, association management, communication, sales and marketing issues; especially for federations, associations and institutions. Over the past 12 years, she was closely involved in all aspects of major international congresses implementation and management, up to 8000 participants, in various fields (healthcare, industry, ICT, sustainability, governmental and non-governmental).

At Mindstream, Laurence is working in a close relationship with the clients and the project teams; focusing on innovation, best practices and objectives optimisation.
