After his graduation as a Bachelor in Tourism & MICE Industry, Omer joined the Mindstream team in 2007 as an Event coordinator. Within his first year, he had the opportunity to work as a team leader on a challenging conference organized by the IUCN and sponsored by the French Presidency of the European Union.

This unique experience enabled him to gain a valuable expertise in various areas such as flight chartering, high level ministerial protocols implementation, speakers and content management, sponsoring and many other fields.
