Our added value
The registration and hotel booking system is a comprehensive online system that covers all operations. It is adaptable to the customer's specific needs and it allows for the functionalities below:

For participants	For those in charge of the event
register to an event, choose or visualise activities in which they will take part, and (optional) book a hotel room.	Access an administration module to visualise and manage registrations and hotel bookings.

Presentation
The system looks like an Internet site; it is accessible with an URL (for example http://www.mycustomer.org/myEvent/), and it is personalised according to the customer's graphic chart.

Event registration
The system is such that it is possible to register freely or upon invitation. In this case participants have access to the registration option by means of a user name (usually their e-mail address) and a password generated by the system.

• In case the event entails special activities, there is an extra page to allow the participant to finish off their registration.
• If the event or some of its activities are not free, participants access a secure credit card payment page.
• If the organiser accepts accompanying people, the participants can introduce information about their accompanying person, as to their personal data and as to the event activities.

Hotel booking

• Possibility for the participants to book a room online.
• If there is a choice among several hotels, they can make their choice according to a number of criteria (type of room, disabled access, non smoking room, dietary requirements, late arrival, etc...).
• The system is tailor-made whatever the chosen module: participants either pay for their stay themselves (at check-out or to organisers in advance), or they are invited.

Administration module
This module is at the disposal of the organisers to allow them to visualise or modify information about the participants' registration:

Event registration	Hotel bookings	Individual sheets
Participants list for each event and for each activity, and for their status (guest, registered, confirmed, cancelled...).	State of bookings per hotel, per night, per type of room. Drawing a « rooming list » for hotels.	Participants' personal data concerning their event registration,  their activities registration, and their payment status.
When participation in the event is not free, visualisation of cash flows (payments, reimbursement, invoices, credit notes, expenses).		Arrivals visualisation per date and per flight in cases where the organiser offer a pick-up service from the airport.

Data export
A section of the software allows the user to search recorded data and to export the search results for offline processing.
